《破曉之前|Before the Dawn》

Title: Before the Dawn

Concept:
The darkest night does not mean that the light is gone. Sometimes, it simply means that dawn has not yet arrived.

Before the Dawn brings together deep black, gold, earthy tones, orange, and turquoise. The darkness represents moments when life seems to offer no way forward, while the scattered gold symbolizes the first traces of light emerging from within.

The two paintings respond to one another while maintaining their own unique movement—just as we each search for our own way forward through uncertainty, loss, and change.

“Do not fear the darkness you are in. Perhaps you are simply standing before the dawn.”

Sometimes, it is only after experiencing darkness that we truly understand the value of light.

Every fluid pattern is impossible to reproduce exactly, making this diptych truly one of a kind.
